6. PAYMENT, FEES & REFUND POLICY
All payments made to Digital Achievers Hub are final unless expressly stated otherwise.
6.1 Silver Membership Course – 7-Day Refund Policy
The Silver Membership course includes a 7-day refund policy, subject to the following conditions:
The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
The stated reason must be that the course did not add value or did not meet expectations.
Refunds must be requested by emailing connect@srirambenur.com from the registered email ID and must include payment details.
If the refund request is approved, access to the course and community will be revoked. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time.
6.2 Retreats, Bootcamps, and Physical Events – No Refund
All payments made for the following are strictly non-refundable:
Physical bootcamps
Retreats
Offline workshops
2-day / 3-day physical events
This policy exists because significant advance investments are made toward venue booking, setup, logistics, accommodation, staffing, and other event-related costs.
No refunds, cancellations, transfers, or adjustments are permitted.
6.3 Other Programs and Digital Products
All other memberships, digital products, and online programs are non-refundable unless explicitly stated on the purchase page.
DISCLAIMER
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties regarding:
Accuracy or completeness of information.
Expected results, income, or success outcomes.
Uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Suitability of the content for your specific needs.
You use the Site entirely at your own risk. We disclaim liability for any loss, injury, damages, or consequences arising from your use of the Site.

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. A sole arbitrator appointed by Digital Achievers Hub will conduct the proceedings. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Bangalore. The language shall be English.
TERMINATION
We may terminate or restrict your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for violations of these Terms or if required by law.
Upon termination:
All rights granted to you cease immediately.
Your access to courses and communities will be revoked.
No refunds will be issued unless specified under the refund policy.
MISCELLANEOUS
These Terms constitute an electronic record and do not require physical signatures.
Force Majeure applies to delays or failures beyond our control.
No waiver of rights is valid unless in writing.
If any provision is invalid, the remaining Terms remain enforceable.
